The trends in questions do not change drastically from year to year, so checking past questions will allow you to efficiently study the Real Estate Business Act and property rights. Past exam questions for the Real Estate Broker Examination can be found online, and textbooks can be found in used bookstores for about one-tenth of the original price. Be careful not to spend too much money on obtaining the qualification.
